I love our copier! I don’t want to jinx myself but having a copier that continues to be a workhorse makes my job so much easier! I can set the machine to run copies without having to babysit it. The machine is user friendly and efficient. It’s almost like having an assistant! If I could just get it to answer the phone!!

I’ve had your “we love referrals” flyer sitting on my desk for some time. I wanted to enter the drawing but didn’t have much more to say than, “we love our printer.” Today that all changed. For the first time since we purchased it, our Xerox printer had an issue. No matter what I tried, I could not get the printer to power on. I called Delmarva Document Solutions and your team was very helpful. Immediately, they ran me through some troubleshooting procedures. When that was unsuccessful, they set up a service call with Xerox, offered to let me print anything I needed from the office, and even went as far as to locate a printer to loan me for the day. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they offered to deliver the printer right to my office! I am very impressed with the customer service I just received and even happier that I bought my printer through DDS.

We love our Xerox. We’ve had it for a couple of years and rarely have any issues with it. Being on the maintenance plan has been great, both for service as well as replenishment of cartridges. We primarily use it for copying, scanning, faxing and receiving faxes, but I know there are functions available that we probably don’t use. We’re hoping to get a few more years out of this machine and based on its’ past history, we’re sure we will.
